Sophie Yates & Associates is an established Agency mainly dealing with the rental and management of country houses, cottages, village houses and luxury apartments in Essex.

After completing a degree in Estate Management Sophie Yates has worked in the commercial and residential property markets since 1992. Before setting up Sophie Yates & Associates, she worked in various sectors including commercial lettings, property management and business marketing. Sophie ran the residential lettings department for Essex of a national firm of chartered surveyors before setting up her own Letting Agency.  Sophie is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents with a BSc (Hons) Degree in Estate Management.

Sophie Yates & Associates has been a member of the Property Ombudsman Scheme for Residential Lettings since 2007.

Sophie Yates & Associates has Client Money Protection with the NAEA.
